What started as a shared love of celebrating our own families quickly evolved into a full-scale event design business rooted in one thing: creating spaces that feel as memorable as the moments happening inside them.
Today, we specialize in custom balloon installations, statement backdrops, and marquee lighting, designing each element with intention, scale, and flow so your event feels cohesive, elevated, and impossible to ignore.

Yes! We have both “grab & go” options for pickup and full-service installations—including delivery, setup, and optional takedown. Whether you’re hosting a backyard party or coordinating a big event, we’ve got you covered.
We happily serve Springfield, MO, and surrounding communities up to about an hour's drive from Springfield. There are no additional fees for delivery and setup in Springfield, Nixa, Republic, and Ozark. For cities outside these communities, please enter your delivery address at checkout to view the specific delivery fee to your address.

Of course! We love creative collaboration. Just share your event details, theme, location, and budget, and we’ll provide guided suggestions, mockups, and design ideas until you’re completely delighted.
We recommend ordering at least 10 days before your event. This gives us time to create a digital mockup, ensure we have inventory on-hand, and perfect all the details. Last-minute orders may be possible—just reach out!
Absolutely! Our helium-free bouquets are made with industry-leading, high-quality air-filled balloons and sturdy support bases. Indoor events, outdoor settings (weather permitting)—they’re party‑proof and celebratory-ready.
Yes! Sparkle & Float is fully insured for balloon installations. Many venues require proof of insurance for event decor, and we’re happy to provide documentation if needed.
