All event rental pricing includes the rental item, delivery*, setup, and takedown. Rentals include up to 12 hours of use. Rentals may have options that include an additional fee, such as custom colors, custom wording, and the option to add balloon decor to your backdrop.
*Free delivery applies to addresses in Springfield, Nixa, Ozark, and Republic. Additional delivery fees apply to communities outside of these cities. Please enter your delivery address at checkout for delivery fee details.
The prices listed here are for the event rental only, but you will find the option to add balloon garlands to most rentals. You can also visit our Balloon Shop page for complete setups that include backdrop and garlands!
In most cases, yes! Each rental item will have it’s customization options and any associated fees listed on the product listing. We do require at least 10 days notice for customization.
Our rentals are hand-made by the Sparkle & Float team out of high quality wood materials. Most of our rentals are also collapsible for each transport, and include quality hardware to make setup quick, efficient, and secure.
Simply choose your base product, select color choices and any additional customization requests, and choose your delivery date. Have a questions or specific request? Call or text us and we’ll be happy to create the perfect custom creation for your event.
We typically ask for at least three days’ notice for most of our rentals. If you are unsure or have a last-minute need, please give us a call or text us at (417) 597-4404 and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We happily serve Springfield, MO, and surrounding communities up to about an hour’s drive from Springfield. There are no additional fees for delivery and setup in Springfield, Nixa, Republic, and Ozark. We service Branson and Kimberling City for an additional $40 delivery fee. For cities outside these communities, please enter your delivery address at checkout to view the specific delivery fee to your address.
